The peer-reviewed e-journal Meltem is seeking submissions from researchers and academics who produce information on the Mediterranean and İzmir for its upcoming issue!

The İzmir Metropolitan Municipality İzmir Mediterranean Academy Meltem Jpurnal is published twice a year (Summer-Winter) in Turkish and English.

The journal is open to theoretical, research, and review articles touching upon Mediterranean and İzmir studies, as well as current analyses, essays, and evaluations.

Researchers and academics wishing to contribute are requested to submit their articles to meltem@izmeda.org by April 20, 2026 at the latest.
